Campaign rules
Support must be truthful, respectful, and lawful.
These rules protect the family, supporters, public officials, and the integrity of the legal process.
Who may sign
- You must be a U.S. citizen and at least 18 years old.
- You may sign only once and must use your real name, city, state, ZIP code, and email.
- Citizenship and age are self-attested; this campaign does not perform government identity verification.
Respect the court process
- Do not contact the Immigration Judge, court staff, or judicial chambers about the merits of this case.
- Do not send threats, insults, harassment, discriminatory content, or demands that an official ignore the law.
- Do not impersonate the family, their lawyers, a government official, an employer, or another supporter.
- Send congressional messages only to officials who represent you, using truthful information and your own contact details.
Public comments and safety
City and state appear publicly after the signer accepts the required anonymous-location disclosure. First name and optional comment appear only with separate permission. Duplicate, false, abusive, automated, irrelevant, or legally risky submissions may be withheld or removed.
No promise of outcome
A signature expresses support; it creates no attorney-client relationship, government filing, legal right, or promise that any agency, congressional office, or court will act or decide the case favorably.
Campaign request
The campaign seeks appropriate congressional casework, fair and timely agency review, consideration of every lawful form of discretion, and proper presentation of the family’s positive equities through legal counsel. It does not seek improper judicial contact or interference.
