Respect for supporters starts with their information.

Information we collect
When you sign, we collect your full name, email address, city, state, ZIP code, optional comment, citizenship-and-age attestation, anonymous-location disclosure, name-and-comment display choice, and optional campaign-update consent. We do not ask for a street address, date of birth, Social Security number, A-number, immigration receipt number, or government identification.
How we use it
- To record support for the petition and protect the campaign from spam or abuse.
- To understand whether support comes from relevant communities and congressional districts.
- To display your city and state with the signature after you confirm the required location disclosure.
- To display your first name and optional comment only if you separately allow that additional public display.
- To send campaign updates only if you separately opt in.
- To prepare aggregate support totals or a petition package for elected offices and counsel.
What we do not do
We do not sell supporter information. Full legal names, email addresses, and ZIP codes are never displayed publicly. Signing does not automatically subscribe you to campaign email. The site does not verify citizenship; that statement is self-attested.
Sharing and disclosure
City and state may be shown publicly for signatures submitted after the anonymous-location disclosure was accepted. First name and optional comment are shown only with separate permission. A complete supporter list may be delivered confidentially to elected representatives or legal counsel for the campaign purpose. Private contact information will not be published on the website.
Retention and requests
Campaign data will be retained only as long as reasonably needed for the campaign, legal recordkeeping, and fraud prevention. To request correction, withdrawal, deletion, or removal from updates, email keepnursecamila@gmail.com from the address used to sign.
Children
The signature form is limited to U.S. citizens age 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect petition information from children through this form.
Important limitation
This is a campaign website, not a government portal or law firm. Do not submit confidential immigration records through the petition form.
